Between 5 and 13. Children in Class 1 or 2 begin at Foundation Level, a gentler on-ramp built for shorter attention spans. Children in Class 3 and above start directly at Basic Level and move a little faster.

No. It is one two-hour class a week, held at the weekend wherever possible, plus a short daily practice session at home. The gains in concentration and memory show up across every subject, not just maths.
